Heavy machine style squats, I worked my way up to nearly 300lbs for reps. After 3 warm up sets and 5 working sets, I immediately went over to Sissy Squats. Just body weight on these, with only 3 sets in total. Gotta keep the knees strong, and Iβve learned that when doing these properly theyβre great for keeping the knees and surrounding tendons and ligaments strong as well βΊοΈ Ainβt nothing to it, but to do it! π―
