Part 1 of my leg workout earlier today; damn was it a tough one! 😖 Started with these two variations of squats. Heavy machine style squats, I worked my way up to nearly 300lbs for reps. After 3 warm up sets and 5 working sets, I immediately went over to Sissy Squats. Just body weight on these, with only 3 sets in total. Gotta keep the knees strong, and I’ve learned that when doing these properly they’re great for keeping the knees and surrounding tendons and ligaments strong as well ☺️ Ain’t nothing to it, but to do it! 💯
