Do something that you like to do but feel like you don’t have the time to do because it’s not productive. Last week, I had the morning off, and I went for a hike. I felt like there was work I needed to get done, but was craving a hike so badly, and it was a glorious, rejuvenating time. If you’re constantly chasing your goals, giving yourself a couple of hours to yourself won’t slow you down. It may actually give you more energy. Just a little inspo for the beginning of the week.
