I'm staying with my friend and her husband and they took me and my man out for a little double date. They told that it was a little hole in the wall place, and its a local spot. You will not find tourists here. We pull up and park outside of Aurorita, and you can already smell the yumminess coming from inside. We were seated and immediately ordered the house margaritas, chips with guac and salsa, and scanned the menu on the table to begin looking at the menu. We were starving after visiting two malls on a little shopping spree, and not eating breakfast. After needing to head to google for some translations I decided on the Enchiladas de chile con carne with carnitas on top! When I tell you these are the best enchiladas I've probably ever had and the margaritas definitely did their job cause ya girl was toastyyyyyy. Excited to explore some more today and report back!
