






I made some effort today cooking but it was worth it! Fish Pie! Stirfry veg and onions until soft. Add fillets of fish (leave them whole on top to steam cook). Add wine and lots of Parsley, Dill and Garlic. When the fish is almost cooked, add fish stock cube and stir. Finally add Cream and Spinach and cook until thick. Layer mash on top (the secret to good mash is only add butter and cream to the potatoes) Add cheese and Bake until Golden!
