

How I found the balance between exercise and rest (and why it's important) 💪🧘♀️
Today I want to share with you how I manage to find a balance between active training and adequate rest 😌 I used to think that the more you train, the better, but over time I realized that without rest it only leads to fatigue and burnout. Now my weekdays are not only gym but also mandatory recovery time: hot baths, outdoor walks and even just a day of doing nothing! 😊 It helps not only my body but also my brain to reboot, which means I'm always ready for new achievements. How do you recover after training?
