On days where my pain makes it so I can’t really move, I really take for granted the days I don’t hurt. Imagine the feeling of a really bad headache/migraine, that’s how my neck feels🥲 I was in dance for 6 years & a lot of muscles in my neck were overworked, 10 years later I have unbearable pain😬 I hope each of you has a wonderful weekend! I’ll take some new photos & videos next week😍
