

Here is an at home back workout that works your delts and flanks! 🏋️♀️ I didn’t have a barbell so I’m just using a dumb bell! Bend over and hold it as seen in the picture! Pull the weight up! It should look like a bent over row! Squeeze your back as you pull it up! Squeeze your core as well and stay tight! Do this for about 6-8 reps for about 3 sets! If this is easy then go for failure on your last set for a really good burn out! 🔥🔥
