

Happy hump day y’all !!!! So I have been adding stomach vacuums into my morning routine! I love these and they help shape my core/abs! Here’s how to do it! I like to do mine standing up so stand up! Suck in really really hard! Make it to where your belly button is touching your back! Hold it for about 30 seconds and then release! Repeat that about five more times! It should help you bloat less and decrease fatigue! Try this and let me know how you feel after! 😘
