

My perfect day always starts with a bit of peace and self-care. I love to wake up slowly, enjoying the softness of my sheets and the quiet of the morning. The first thing I do is sip on a cup of coffee, taking a moment to center myself before the day begins. Sometimes I’ll stretch or do a light workout to wake up my body. Feeling refreshed and in touch with myself helps me stay focused and confident throughout the day.
