**My next challenge for you…** Is to practice meditation at least once a day, every day starting now. It can be for 5 minutes to an hour. It can be when you first wake up *(highly recommended)* or when you are about go to bed. If you forget some days, it’s okay. Again, the miraculous thing is not only with the meditation practice itself, but the discipline to do so and come back to it when you fall from grace. Try it!
