Steak bowl Marinate ribeye for at least 1 day in red wine, Worcester sauce, garlic salt, black pepper, ancho chili, lemon juice and Italian seasonings mixture. Make white rice. Mexican corn recipe: ghee-butter coated 5-6 corn cobs in oven at 375 for 40 min. Shave off corn into bowl and mix with juice of 2 limes, half cup of crumbly queso cheese, paprika and salt and pepper. Use guac recipe from previous days. Sauté steak in olive oil. Trim fat, slice. Serve over rice, corn and put guac on side. Finish with store bought lime-cilantro sauce
