Thanks everyone for the heartfelt messages, I’m definitely keeping my head up. Got calls from all the bosses on my toughness and improvements every time I get out there and that’s a win whether I like it or not 😭. unfortunately have to be smart and take some time off from training but I can’t wait for the next one, I’ve got work to do 😤.
