Hi! I’m posting my birthday workout two days late bc it was a scaryy one. I kept failing to sumo deadlift 205lbs, even though I’ve gotten 215 before. Eventually I lowered it to 185, but I still couldn’t get it even though that is usually easy for me. I refused to go lower and forcedd myself to get one 185 up and it caused me to spasm more than I ever have and blackoutt a little bit, lol. I considered not posting, but here is a clip.
