

Slacking in diet and gym lately! First image was 3 weeks into working out and lately with all the uterus issues its been hard to go to the gym. I got for a few days then I stop and binge eat from depression. I wanna get my booty gains back and work on my guts! Less sugar and processed food. More protein, veggies and healthy sugars like fruit! No more snacking at 9pm and soda intake! Gotta be held accountable!
