

I got my ๐ kicked by this 7 mile hike!!! It took me about 5 hours with a nice lunch break at the summit. Hiking is my new favorite cardio. The hills and terrain builds strong legs and booty, while the views make up for the fact that you wonโt feel your legs the next day ๐ฅต (Swipe to see views) โฐMake sure to bring enough water and fuel for your trek because youโll be out for most of the day. Some energizing snacks I like to pack are trail mix, pb&j, and lots of water. Itโs also important to have a hearty breakfast before you go. โฐProtect your skin and apply sunscreen before and throughout tour hike. โฐ and most importantly, slow down and enjoy the view, youโll be surprised on how quickly the environments change.๐ ๐ง๐ปโโ๏ธ
