Halo all, well tonight was my #shoulderday and #legday got a great calorie burn tonight. Now one thing I know might be called out is my #squats, namely the depth. Truth be told even without the bar that’s about as low as I can go at the moment. But I’m slowly working my way into that feeling again. To get back to Friday nights being there and my leg workout.
