

Halo all, okay first thing. Yes it says 106 active minutes but it’s actually only about 90. It took a long time for my heart rate to calm down after the #wokrout. Now, as for the #cardioday well crap it kicked my ass. The #battleropes were the hardest thing about tonight. And I will say hard to the point didn’t make it to seven sets before body said no more. So looks like I have a new goal to work on. But man I feel great after tonight.
