

I started flexibility training. My hamstrings have been TIGHT for as long as I can remember. I gave up on stretching. I didn't think I could ever do it. This month I'm challenging myself to stretch every other day and build my flexibility up. These are from my first 2 days of going through a 25 minute stretching/yoga routine. I'm going to post progress pics periodically as I feel like I've gotten better to kind of hold myself accountable. I've now posted it here and put it out so now I HAVE to stick to it and I'm going to. Wish me all the good vibes along this journey please 💖 I'm starting with a normal stretch routine and one to get the middle splits (I haven't even attempted to do them since school 😬) and then I'll be adding in side splits and extra hamstring stretches. When I get the middle splits I'll do something BIG here. I'm not sure what yet... but it'll be something as a congrats to me let me show off my new skill kind of thing. 🥰
