So, I'm starting a workout routine! I'm an ectomorph (little fat/muscle naturally and hard to gain either) Instead of starting with push/pull/leg I'm doing push/butt/pull/leg/core/cardio/rest. After talking with someone who's very knowledgeable on the subject we determined that is what would be best for me just starting out. I start tomorrow!
