Sooo as many of you know I am healing from a hairline fracture in my left wrist. And I accidentally fell over on a night hike and caught myself with my bad wrist this week 😅
**protip make sure you have a headlamp & not a phone light when walking in the pitch black** 🥺 wasn't my intention to get caught up in the dark but it happened...
