Now, given the holiday food consumption, I truly expected a lot more in the gain, not even a pound increase but still in same 5lb bracket. Last weigh in for the year puts me at 333.8lbs. So what’s the plan? Well I’m tracking my calories with #noom and I’m now going to subtract 200 cal from the daily limit. Now 200 doesn’t sound like much but can add up. I’ve also set a goal for the new year. By Valentine’s Day I want to be in the 310-315lbs bracket. It’s not impossible, just requires me to actually get up off my ass and actually work for the goal. So let’s end the year on a more determined note.
