Added 2022-11-21 14:02:07 +0000 UTCA moment of Truth Talk. I have been a independent trainer for over a decade and blessed to still be able to do so with my own studio. Excuses are excuses and I am grateful for my clients and their honesty. When they cancel they tell it to me straight without any BS. For instance a had a cancelation where he told me he had issues with his little one and with his wife out of town he needed to stay there to ease the burden on his parents. He didn't lie and say he was down with the flu and for that I commend him. Life happens and when things don't go our way we make the best of it. Instead of charging him for less then a 24hour notice I gave him a home assignment and texted all of his friends to keep him accountable. Things happen and honesty will always be the best policy. There we go I'm done. ✅
