Sorry for disappearing but I needed to take care of my mental health 🧠🙇‍♀️ You guys probably only want titties but just in case someone else here is going through a tough time I'm going to leave you some things that always help me when depressive episodes take over * Be kind to yourself. If you wouldn't say nasty things to a friend for having a rough time, don't tell them to yourself. * Vitamin D and anything else that gives you extra endorphins. If you can manage to go for a walk, do it. If you can have a piece of chocolate, eat it. If you have pets, pet them and play with them. * Quiet your mind. For me, nothing makes me feel as peaceful as when I'm painting or reading. For some people is video games, for other is exercise. Having coping mechanisms is alright as long as they're healthy. You don't always have to sit in the hurt, you are allow to distract yourself * Let it out. Just cry. You don't have to hold it in.
