Yes. That’s because yoga was never meant to be about your poses (asanas). It was meant to be for strengthening your mental capacity by creating more space. It’s just that getting your body involved helps you to do that.
Therefore the simple act of presence is yoga. Next time you need a mental break but don’t have time for a yoga class… get present with yourself and your environment. Get still and take it all in quietly for a moment with the intention of doing so and BOOM… you’re getting your yoga in :)
