

Decided to take myself on a “Hot MIND” walk today🎉 For those that don’t know… it’s like a Hot GIRL walk except the intention is on improving the mind. Because a strong mind IS sexy🧠
Basically you go on this walk with the sole intention of knowing that you’re taking a break from fueling the mind so that you have the space to be productive later. Instead of filling your break time with conversations, podcasts, getting other tasks done, etc. it’s AH-MAZING what can happen when you do none of that and just be with your mind for 30+ minutes w/out distractions. You come back clearer & more focused & energized than ever before.
Literal game changer and life cheat code if I do say so myself🔥
(You could also do this at night for intuition strengthening muscles but that’s a post for another day😘)
