

The day after a holiday can be so odd right? Like all this time with family and loved ones but then it’s like slowly going back to normal/regular life after all the hype. Can be a bit disregulating ya know? Make sure you take today to slowly but surely do things that make you feel good… like drinking tons of water, taking your supplements, moving your body, not rushing yourself, etc. whatever you can do to have your routine will be really grounding so make sure to get it in and take care of yourself 😘
