Iβm all about keeping it simple so you can sustain for life! My go-to lately (that helps me sustain energy all day long!): β’ Frozen wild blueberries (or strawberries or both) β’ Scoop of greens powder (or spinach) β’ Mint (so underrated!) β’ Scoop vanilla vegan protein powder β’ Ice β’ Coconut or almond milk β’ Little bit of water **could add almond or peanut butter if you want** Try it out!
