Developing your sense of Self is so important to experiencing a sense of wellbeing (aka: happiness) in life. If you donβt know who you are, your likes/turn-ons/dislikes/turnoffs, what grounds you, what is absolutely NOT you, where you feel most βat homeβ in areas of your lifeβ¦ then your job is to begin the journey of studying yourself. Start small with things like your favorite foods & colors. And then maybe start journaling to go deeper from there. (You can Google/ChatGPT journal prompts if you need fyi) This is when life gets really good because then you get clear on the life you want & start making decisions to align to THAT.
