Added 2022-01-12 18:38:26 +0000 UTCI’m going to be back at the gym for the first time since getting Covid. I was not one of the lucky ones who got off easy with a mild case. I almost had to go to the hospital and was fully bed ridden, zero strength or appetite for solid week. Because of that, I lost a ton of weight and like all of my gains. Like multiple months of progress went POOF. I’m sad but im not going to get discouraged. Wish me luck
