If you do lift, the fact I practice my dead hangs so much is like cat nip 😂 the worse part of dead hangs is that they’re way harder than they look. Don’t believe me? Find a safe bar that’ll support your weight and see how long you can hold on for, time it. It’s a humbling experience. I’ve done them every day for months to be able to stay up this long 😅 the thicker the circumference of the bar, the harder it is. The bar on this frame is very thick so it’s tough. The one I do at the gym is like a third the size so these aren’t quite as impressive as those. I dont know, they’re fun. I’m trying to get my pull ups. Also I’m glad y’all like my house collar. I love it. It jingles like a little cat bell when the metal klinks together and it’s very hot
