There isnt treatment for it, however I need certain kind of vitamins to help with my vitamin deficiencies caused by it. We are no longer doing the b12 injections. And have to swap my oral vitamins to a different kind. But the new kind I will need to be taking my doctor said will be around $40 for 2months supply
