

Rebuilding routine and tapping back into metrics with my applewatch to reinspire. I started using it in the depths of the pandemic to keep me moving and sleeping well, but I can get a little obsessive so I backed off while i re prioritized other aspects of my life. Morning cardio, living at the gym… these are the things that make me happy as does my bed 😂 Now to put OF back into my “when catching up on emails and social media” routine !
