BUT I prefer FAST POWER WALKING. - First, if you want to get your legs lean-> FAST POWER WALKING IS THE SOLUTION! (Speed 4- 4.8) β΄οΈ I'm a dancer and lalways engage my leg muscles in my work, they always look big and muscular to me π π€£ I know it probably sounds silly hearing it from me, but it's totally contrary to my modeling work. I was very demanding to myself to find the solution, I've gone through the many experiments and I've read lots of articles and I FINALLY found the solution which works perfectly for me! β Make sure that you are doing your cardio on a FLAT SURFACE. Walking uphill will use your quads, glutes & hamstrings and this will cause bulkiness. Second, I LOVE WALKING πΆββοΈ because it does not exhaust you as quickly as running and I can always listen to my accent reduction course or podcast, read a book or watch a movie. (killing two birds with one stoneππ I don't exclude RUNNING and RESISTANCE TRAINING from my fitness routine. Running burns π₯ lot of calories and resistance exercises will increase your metabolism!
