A lot of you keep asking me, what I eat , how many times and how to eat a lot and stay fitπ ! Iβm naturally skinny, yes, BUT , I still need to keep my body in a good shape !!! So hereβs my secrets & tips π€ β My diet is about 'PROPER TIMING and the PROPER AMOUNT!' 1) I eat every 3-4 hours! Small portioned meals! π₯ 2) Usually I don't eat carbs after 12pm (most of the time, only in the morning) but I eat CHOCOLATE π« (dark 75-90%) & sometimes other sweets with black coffee βοΈ. Because l love chocolate so much!π l can't NOT EAT it, but it's better in the morning than AT NIGHT + 0atmeal or cottage cheese with berries π! Yaamm!! π€€ -3) I eat A LOT of any type of vegetablesπ₯¦ππ₯, saladsπ₯¬π₯ π₯(not grains, not mayonnaise sauce) with any type of proteinππ . 4) I drink LOTS of water π¦ during the day!! (do not mix it with foodπ) Donβt add any sugar to your coffee βοΈ or tea π Just try to skip adding sugar for one week !! And see what happened!βΊοΈ Try to drink a lot of fruit smoothies, natural juices ( Donβt drink juices from grocery stores , there are lot of sugar there π) 5) I loveee fruits πππ π₯ but not at night π! The most important thing is I DON'T EAT AT NIGHT!!β¨ I try to stop eating 3 hours before I go to sleep π€ and usually I have a light dinner!
