I know things get difficult and hard But remember to show yourself plenty of love - in whatever way that is - eat well, drink enough, pleasure yourself… but remember to let go and have some fun🤍 Recently I’ve been wiped out because of my new meds… but I carry on showing myself love even if I don’t have a lot of energy 🤍 Love you all🥰
