

*The art of letting go…* of your past of someone you loved of someone you lost of what you can’t control of negative thoughts The art of letting go and going with the flow is so beneficial. Our inner peace shouldn’t be threatened by an event that is out of our control. Accepting and adapting to the unexpected is how we stay happy, it’s how we preserve our inner peace. And we need to actively keep working on the art of letting go in order to keep being happy. It’s like a new skill : it takes time until we can become better at it.
