You guys, I think I changed my plans regarding houses a little bit.. Yes, getting a house surrounded by nature and forest is still my dream, but right now I think looking for something that would be more of an investment like a multiplex would be a smart move to make. But also I have so many projects at the same time and I’m keeping an eye open in case of an opportunity. Maybe means I’ll have to push back my dream a little bit, but I think it’s important to build my future today. So I visited a multiplex yesterday and.. wow! I think I’m going to make an offer 😳 I don’t think I’m going to get it because it’s literally all renovated already and well situated, but I’m going to try! I’m visiting a few more next week too. Well if I don’t try, I won’t get it that’s for sure. Imagine me, little Lexie being your landlord!! Omg just thinking about it makes me so excited! I feel so enthusiastic about this project. Do you think I’d make a good landlord? 😋💕
