The person who was selling just seemed really not genuine and like they were trying to hide something, which felt super icky. For example, they told me I shouldn’t do a soil test because “nobody buyers usually do that there” and that I would need to sign a contract without being able to see it first, and that they would read it to me over the phone only after I made then a promise to purchase agreement without any withdrawal clause… Yikes lady 🫡 You know what? That was a great learning opportunity. Standing your ground and trusting your gut when something doesn’t feel right is so important. Onto the next opportunity! 🤍
