Thought I’d share a little body update 4 months after starting the gym 🏋🏻‍♀️✨ It’s not much but seeing small changes on my body is so motivating. I feel proud of myself to have found something I can stay consistent with, something I enjoy. Mentally and physically, I’ve never felt better. Waking up in the morning is easier, I feel more motivated in my life in general, i feel more social and less anxious. It’s funny because as a nurse I’ve always recommended exercise to my patients as a part of living a life filled with healthy habits, but not until now have I followed my own advice because I simply did not have the desire in me to do it. now I’m so glad I’ve changed the path of my future by changing my whole mindset. I feel so happy.
