Come and check out all the new videos I am posting this month. Last month I went for a 1km barefoot run on the road every day. For September I am going to increase the challenge to 1.5km a day and continue to get my feet stronger. I train barefoot every day so lets see how much stronger my feet are at the end of this month. There are lots of pretty purple flowers and purple plums growing everywhere here. In 6 weeks it is my birthday so I am trying to get a 6-pack again before then.
