Not a drop of alcohol, weed, drugs, vapes in 365 days! Going sober has completely transformed my life. This past year of sobriety my mental health drastically improved. I had very little depression and anxiety. When I did it was only due to life events not triggered by the after effects of substances. I learned to let myself feel emotions and work through them to heal instead of escaping. Being more mentally & emotionally stable has made me 10x more productive and my business skyrocketed. I was able to have my biggest months on OF by a landslide & I keep continuing to grow! & of course no more hangovers means no missed gym days & better nutrition so I’ve felt amazing physically. (Aside from this car crash recovery lol) I could go on and on about how eliminating substances has improved my life but there’s just so much to say. If you’ve been thinking about going sober here’s your sign to give it a shot. Was the best decision of my life. So here’s some cake in celebration of my first of many sober birthdays to come, enjoy! 😝🎂
