Hello hello my little dew drippy dew drops, just wanted to wish you a hoppy little weekend filled with love 💖🐰💖The past 2 weeks have been so crazy. There have been soo many ups and downs and I'm not sure what to do. My favorite little bunnie babe/ roommate bestie and I have gotten ourselves into some big bad trouble. What started off as a single $100 fine from our HOA 2 weeks ago, as more than doubled into us owing $265 and counting!! I tried to resolve the first fine by calling the HOA to find out exactly what the issue was and how I could fix it.. only to find out that our owner never listed this place as a rental, meaning he has illegally been renting to us and the HOA will not speak to me about this issue and now legal action is being taken.. because they will not speak with me they will not let me know what is wrong with our yard. We have tried to figure it out, we have done our due diligence to remove anything and anything AND STILL they are continuing to fine us! This fine is compounding interest daily. This is a literally nightmare and I never ever want to live in an HOA neighbor hood ever again. I have a legal advisor looking into this but rn it isn't looking good for anyone. This has become sooo messy, I just have no idea what to do. Please some bunnie help us 🥺if you can donate to this fund and help us pay off this fine I will be eternally grateful.
