ya always see, ‘does pineapple belong on pizza???’ , but NO ONE ever takes the question a step further.... and recognizes that the REAL issue , the heart of the situation here, is the mozzarella remove the mozzarella from the equation, and the pineapple is right at home atop a flatbread spread with a crushed tomato sauce ! add some JALAPEÑOS and u have urself a garden party!
