I'm at a point in my life where my schedule is packed: studying, helping others and workingπ But how important it is to give yourself a well-deserved break! We've all been there, when commitments get pushed to the limit and there just doesn't seem to be any time for ourselvesππBut it's important to remember that our bodies and minds need a break to recharge and recover. That's why I've decided to take some time for myself today. Forget about school and work for a few hours, relax with a good book or just take a walk in the park.
