

Have you ever tried giving up coffee?πβ
I decided to do a little experiment and see what would happen to my body without my usual cup of coffee. First of all, I want to see how it affects my sleep and general wellbeing. I've read that it's best not to drink coffee after 2pm as it can disrupt your sleepπ I suppose it won't be that easy as coffee is my favourite way to start the day. But I think it's a great opportunity to see how my body reacts to the lack of caffeineππ₯°
