Added 2019-10-27 20:15:25 +0000 UTCI finish every day with doing the plank (2-3 min) or ab wheel (100 reps), and push ups (50x2). And no reason to put any clothes on hehe. Once I'm home clothes come off. 👅🍆 💪🏼
