The 5 forbidden things 🔥RIGHT AND LEFT-HANDED TANTRA 🔥 The Right-handed Path is called Dakshinachara The Left-handed Path is called Vamachara These are the two main Tantric lineages, the Samaya and the Kaula. The right-handed path is for “bhaktas” or those of devotional temperament. The left-handed path is said to be for “viras” or those of strong or heroic temperament, which refers to the warriors (kshatriya). The left-handed path allows unorthodox practices but both still embody the sacred disciplines of meditation, mantra and divine goddess/god worship to embody Spiritual liberation. 😈 LEFT HAND PATH ALLOWS The Five Forbidden Things that Left-handed Tantra allows. Or “Makaras.” 1. Maithuna, sexual union 2. Mada, wine (and other intoxicants) 3. Mamsa, meat (I don’t use this one) 4. Matsya, fish ( I don’t use this either) 5. Mudra (sacred gestures) parched grains (for money) These are usually forbidden or restricted because they have a long term tamasic (dulling effect) on the mind and can lead to intense karmas or even madness and insanity. Yes believe me I know 😁 The purpose of these more Excessive rituals is to occasionally break through attachments, particularly the attachment to purity. I feel the extremes can take you deep if you have built up enough shakti to experience them in the most mystical way without attaching to them. HOW TO PRACTICE? Ahhh more to come but it’s not for the faint of heart and definitely not for the lazy who are expecting quick outcomes😈🙏🏼🔥
