I’ll be honest, April 19th is a scary date for me and I can’t share why but since last year on that day, my life changed. I changed. I spent the following year until now really struggling with my mental and physical health. I one day will be more open about it but as that date comes closer my goal is to just allow myself to feel my emotions and to kind of realize that I’m alive and that life is a gift in itself. I want to give back more to the world in bigger ways but for now I want to encourage all who are struggling with mental health or physical health, whatever it may be, that just for today remember that you are a gift and you are loved because you are alive and that’s as simple as it gets. You don’t have to do anything to prove you are good enough, you literally ARE. Just like nature, beauty and life itself💙🥰🫶🏼.
