From time to time my low back/hip flares up and puts me in immense amount of pain (my hip has been out of place for the better part of 3 years). This makes life unpredictable at times as I'm currently on the couch hooked up to a Compex electrical muscle stimulator and a heating pad when I had planned on being online with many of you. I know the audio is supposed to come out today and I'm trying to finish up the editing and will hopefully have it out sometime this evening.
