One thing I love about shooting using existing lamps and continuous lights vs flash photography is how easy it is to adapt the colors and vibe of the photos to the video. I actually wanted to invest in an 8k video shooting monster and just extract frames from there to make photo sets. It's not much different from people shooting burst a ten thousand fps, and you'll be able to capture scenes in half the damn time because you wont have to shoot photo -> reset the vibe -> shoot video.
